Jacob (“Jake”) is a Principal in our Litigation Department whose experience ranges from representing individuals to corporations, from cases as small as $10,000 to cases as large as $100,000,000, principally involving commercial litigation, real property/construction disputes, partnership disputes, corporate litigation, and contract disputes. Jake also has transactional experience primarily related to real estate and business entity matters. Jake’s wide range of practice areas allows him to apply his knowledge base from one area of law to another, in an effort to create innovative solutions to the complex legal issues that our clients face.
