Ms. Harmon, has been practicing law since 2010. Ms. Harmon graduated with distinction from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific, J.D., Concentration in Tax Law, 2010; Santa Clara University, B.S., Political Science with Pre-Law Emphasis and an Italian Minor, 2006. Additionally, she is currently obtaining her E-LL.M in Taxation from New York University, with a graduation date of 2019. She is a member of the Taxation Section and the Trusts and Estates Section of the California Bar; a member of the Tax Section and Probate and Estate Planning Section of the Sacramento County Bar Association; a Board Member at Large for the SCBA Barrister’s Club of Sacramento;  a member of the Anthony M.
